The brief
A landmark development for the Copper Coast, architecturally designed around panoramic ocean views, two hours from Adelaide. Distance is the objection. Everything on the site has to answer it before a buyer decides it is too far to drive.
What we built
Location and residences are the two main routes, because a buyer arrives either sold on the coast and unsure about the build, or sold on the build and unsure about the coast. A map places it against the drive from Adelaide. A visionaries section covers who is behind it.
The register-your-interest form asks two qualifying questions rather than none: what they are looking for (a home to live in, a holiday home, an investment) and whether they are ready to buy or watching the market. A sales team that knows which of those they are calling has a different conversation.
The engineering
The enquiry form is a real form with validated fields, and the qualifying answers arrive alongside the contact details rather than in a free-text message nobody parses. Photography is processed into several widths at upload, which matters on a site that is mostly ocean. The whole thing is a small number of pages doing one job, and nothing was added that did not serve the registration.
