East Rundle · Apartment development

Seven storeys in Kent Town, with the price bands stated up front.

Visual of the East Rundle building development

The brief

A single apartment development has one job online: convert an interested buyer into a registration. Everything that makes them work for information (an unstated price, an unclear apartment mix, a form that asks nothing useful) is a leak.

What we built

Lifestyle, location, apartments and team run as separate sections, because the Kent Town address, the building itself and the developer behind it are three different objections. One, two and three-bedroom apartments each get their treatment, and the indicative price bands are published on the page.

The register form asks which apartment type they are after, future retail tenancy included, so the sales team knows before they call whether they are talking to a one-bedroom investor or a three-bedroom owner-occupier.

The engineering

The register panel is reachable from every screen without leaving the page. Apartment types are structured content, so a change to the mix or the price bands is an edit rather than a rebuild. Photography for a development this size is heavy by nature and is processed into several widths at upload so the phone experience is not carrying desktop-sized images.
