My Seascape · Coastal land development

Land, house and land, or the display village: three buyers, three routes.

Beach view from a boardwalk at My Seascape

The brief

A masterplanned community five minutes from Victor Harbor, brought to market by Civecon Developments. Three kinds of buyer arrive at a land release like this and they want completely different things. Sending all three down the same path loses two of them.

What we built

Land, home and land packages, and the display village are kept as distinct routes from the top of the site. A buyer with their own builder wants allotments and a masterplan. A buyer without one wants packages. A buyer who is still deciding wants to walk through a display home on a Saturday.

Behind those sit the masterplan, the location argument covering schools, shops, medical and recreation, and a news and resources section the sales team keeps current as stages release.

The engineering

Allotment availability and stage releases are client-editable, because on a land release that data changes weekly and a stale availability table costs the sales team calls. News and resources is a content type rather than a hand-built page. The enquiry form captures which of the three routes the buyer came through.
