One Coffin Bay · Waterfront land release

Thirteen beachside lots, most of them sold to people who never stood on them.

The brief

An exclusive land release between white sand and a national park, remote enough that most buyers will make their shortlist decision from a screen. The site is doing the work a site visit normally does.

What we built

Location, now selling and a gallery carry the whole argument, in the order a remote buyer needs them: where it is, what is left, what it looks like.

The enquiry form lists the individual allotments, lots 1 through 13, so a buyer can name the one they want rather than describing it. That is a materially different lead for a sales agent than a general expression of interest.

The engineering

Allotment availability is client-editable and the lot selector on the form is driven by the same data, so a sold lot stops being selectable. Gallery photography is processed into several widths at upload, which matters for a site whose entire job is showing someone a place they cannot visit.
