The brief
A housing development created by an experienced Adelaide team, masterplanned with shared green space rather than assembled lot by lot. The masterplan is the thing that distinguishes it, and a masterplan that only exists as a small image on a page is not doing its job.
What we built
About, location, lifestyle and now selling carry the pitch: the location that puts shopping, cycling, beach walks and the city inside the same neighbourhood, and the choice of homes within it.
The masterplan opens to full size rather than sitting as a thumbnail, because a buyer wants to see which lots back onto the shared space. Homes currently for sale are listed as their own section, and everything on the site funnels to registering interest.
The engineering
The masterplan is served as a processed image at several widths with an enlarge path, rather than as a PDF download that a phone handles badly. The homes for sale list is client-editable, which is the one thing on a development site that must never be wrong. The registration form validates and routes straight to the sales team.
