Argyle Projects · Residential and commercial development

A developer’s portfolio, kept moving between project launches.

Visuals of an Argyle housing project

The brief

A development company’s website goes quiet between launches. Months pass with nothing new, and a site that has not changed since the last project reads as a business that has not done anything since the last project.

What we built

A project archive with a page per build carries the portfolio across residential and commercial work. A team section puts the partners in front of the people they are asking to invest alongside them, and an enquiry form reaches the office directly.

The Instagram feed pulls through onto the site, so progress on site, a slab pour or a handover, shows up without anyone writing a news post. The site keeps moving even when the archive does not.

The engineering

The feed is fetched at build rather than embedded as a third-party widget, so it costs the visitor nothing and cannot drop a tracking script onto the page. Projects are a content type the office maintains. Every project has a stable URL, which matters for a developer whose past work gets referenced years after the project sold out.
