The brief
A locally trusted business with a foundation in construction and real estate, working with Adelaide industry professionals. For a developer that size, the portfolio is the entire argument. Nothing else on the site does as much work.
What we built
The projects archive is the centre of the site. Everything else (the welcome, the team, the services) is positioned as support for it rather than competing with it for the first screen.
Kent and Stacy Williams are on the site by name and photograph. In a market where a buyer is handing over a deposit to a company they have not heard of, the two people behind it are a stronger signal than any amount of copy about excellence.
The engineering
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn feed into the site so activity between project launches is visible without anyone writing a post. Projects are client-editable with photography processed at upload. The enquiry form validates and routes to the office. It is a small site, deliberately, and every part of it points at the same action.
