The brief
A development group working across Sydney and Adelaide has a portfolio at every stage at once. A buyer looking at Balmoral House does not care about the philosophy page; they care whether it is available. A site that hides status behind marketing copy wastes both sides’ time.
What we built
Every project carries its stage on the card: Balmoral House in Mosman now selling, West Village at Southwark Grounds coming soon, the Mosman Bay Penthouse Collection complete, Cadence Bowden and Tribeca Bowden under construction, East End Living Adelaide complete. Status is the first thing you read after the address.
Behind the portfolio sit the overview and philosophy sections (attention to detail, uncompromising quality, integrity) for the buyer who has narrowed it down and now wants to know who they are dealing with. Each project links out to a map.
The engineering
Status is a field on the project, not a line of copy, so changing a development from under construction to complete is one edit and it updates everywhere the project appears. Projects span two states, so location is structured rather than written into the description. The front end is custom, and there is no page-builder anywhere in it.
