Amberleigh · Masterplanned residential land

Two audiences buying the same land, given two separate paths through the site.

The brief

Golden Grove is an established suburb, which reverses the usual land-estate pitch: the schools, shopping and parks are already there, so the site is not selling a promise about the future. It is also an estate large enough that builders matter as much as buyers, and a builder registering for a launch and a family looking for a block are not the same conversation.

What we built

The buyer path runs vision, masterplan, location, land for sale. The vision page explains the thing that is actually unusual here, a masterplan that follows the site’s contours rather than imposing a grid on them, which is why the streets bend the way they do.

Named sales contacts sit on the page with their own details, rather than behind a single shared form. For a purchase at this size, people want to know who they are dealing with before they make contact.

Builders get their own page and their own registrations-of-interest form for the VIP launch, kept entirely out of the buyer enquiry so neither audience reads the other’s call to action.

The engineering

Allotment availability is the fastest-moving content on a site like this, so it is client-editable rather than a developer task. The two enquiry paths are separate submissions with separate validation and separate destinations, because a builder registration and a buyer enquiry do not go to the same person.
